Brief flyover by a pair of Violet-green Swallows yesterday afternoon -- first of the year for our yard. Also had an stunning performance by a Starling that included miming of a Red-tailed Hawk, Bald Eagle, Steller's Jay and Anna's Hummingbird. I've heard the RTH and Steller's imitations before, but that was the first Eagle and Anna's for me by a Starling.
