A male American goldfinch showed up here today. The first one I have
seen here this Spring although I have been away from home most of each
day since Wednesday, so I could have missed his actual arrival.

In 2008 and 2009, there were four pair nesting here who produced at least
12 offspring between them.

White-crowned and Golden-crowned sparrows are still here too.
