hi group ... here's a link to a Cormorant we saw today at Clatsop
Spit (actually at the Hammond Boat Basin) ... I thought it was a
Pelagic but all the other Pelagic guys were solid black ... this one isn't ...

just wondering why it's got a two-tone neck ...
