This year we have a small flock of about 12 grosbeaks swirling around our
feeder. Unlike previous years, they are sticking around, they have been here
now for 23 days. Typically they are only here for a couple. Not sure what
keeps them but they are welcome, even though they eat lots of seed. I
wonder if they will stay around and nest here. That would be a new one.
