Hi Tweeters,
There was a female YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRD in a pasture hanging around
cattle with a group of Brown-Headed Cowbirds and a few Starlings this
afternoon (5/14/10). This was at the upper intersection of Orchard Road
(loop) and Cook-Underwood Road in the community of Underwood in the very
southeastern corner of Skamania County. Our vantage was from Orchard Road
which also has the least traffic. We also saw a BLACK-CHINNED HUMMINGBIRD
coming to a feeder on Circle Road in Underwood. What a great day.
