Subject: [Tweeters] hummingbird feeders

I was told to change hummingbird feeders every week here. However, that
doesn't seem to be often enough as looks like there starts to be mold
starting to grow on it.

How often should it be changed?

And we have an Anna's hummingbird flying close by - so how do I get it to
feed at my feeder (a small square box attach to the window feeder)? I
attached red artificial flowers last year on advice but it's not worked and
can't plant anything as in an apartment with a driveway there.

Thank you,
