A huge thank-you to all the Tweeters who wrote in detail about their
solutions to starlings on the feeders. I will be checking the selection
at Skagit Wild Bird Supply tomorrow.

My big thrill today was looking outside and seeing our slough sedge and
Henderson's sedge (both natives) festooned with Pine Siskins working the
seed heads. Native plants rock!
