As May 25th, the burrowing owls at the Pasco-Kahlotus Highway and US 12 interchange in Pasco have at least three owlets. This is the family at the westernmost of the two burrows,next to the on-ramp for US 12 westbound. If you are in the area and you want to know just how silly a bird can look, you should go by.
