Hi Everyone,

Guido Berguido, one of the leading birders in Panama, will be visiting
our area for two weeks in November. He is a native Panamanian who has been
involved in birding for many, many years and runs Advantage Tours (
www.advantagepanama.com) out of Gamboa. He is a strong supporter of Panama
Audubon, (they share the same building in Panama City) and has funded the
Ancon Hill Hawkwatch, forest conservation in the Darien, educational efforts
throughout the country. He also supports a remarkable Embera Indian village
in the Darien through eco-tourism.

Guido will be speaking about Panama at the following locations. Hopefully
you can join us and here him describe the cultural and natural history of
his amazing country.

1. Skagit Audubon Society, Padilla Bay Center, Mt. Vernon, WA, Tuesday,
9 November 2010
2. Seward Park Audubon Nature Center, Seattle, Thursday, 11 November.
3. Tahoma Audubon Society, Tacoma, Friday, 12 November.
4. Trilogy Center, Redmond, Monday, 15 November.
5. Center for Urban Horticulture, Seattle, Wednesday, 17 November.

(There may be one additional presentation in Leavenworth. Details TBA)

These are all evening programs, beginning at 7 PM.

If you have further questions, please contact Bud at the number/email

I hope you all can make it. This guy is really great and leads a
