As was previously mentioned today, the TROPICAL KINGBIRD was easily seen near the intersection of State and York streets from the footbridge over Whatcom Creek this afternoon at around 230pm.

I went up to Semiahmoo as well and saw at least 2 WESTERN SCRUB-JAYS leaving the feeder as previously described off the southernmost point of Drayton Harbor. There were at least a dozen STELLAR'S JAYS as well in the area. Nothing uncommon at the spit, however always a great spot for something to show up.
