Today Barry Woodruff and I spent a couple of hours looking for the Rusty Blackbird reported from south of Ridgefield with no luck. The weather was not any help with steady rain during the two separate visits we made to the site today. There is a huge mixed blackbird flock at the farm operation at the intersection of 229th and Hillhurst Road but most of the time they were far from the roads or not visible at all. Do not look for any signs saying "Williams Road" as it is actually NW 229th, the only spot I can find Williams Rd.is on Google Maps link attached with the original sighting alert. The Clark County Realtors Road Atlas shows the only Williams Ave. in Clark County being on the east side of the county. Wilson Cady
