Yesterday I heard the kingbird-in-question vocalize for the first time.
While having a tiff with two crows, it uttered a high-pitched, buzzy
sputtering of notes all on the same pitch. I've heard Tropical K-B's
many times in the tropics, and this bird sounded the same.
