Hi all,

Today, on the southeast side of the Brady Loop road, was a beautiful adult PRAIRIE FALCON resting atop a utility pole. Jeff Jendro, Russ Koppendrayer, and I found it at about 10am this morning. It had spotted flanks with small checking on its white chest and belly. What an amazing find for the Brady Loop! Not to mention my first westside Prairie Falcon!

We had good luck at the Westport Jetty as well finding a mixed group of Black Turnstones, Surfbirds, and at least 2 Rock Sandpipers.

At Midway Beach, we did an extensive search of the area with no Snowy Plovers found.

Good birding!
