Tweets - Saturday morning, Mark Crawford and I birded from Paterson west
along the Columbia in Benton and Klickitat counties..

While we were in Paterson, and for several stops as we made our way west, we
had maybe 20 large flocks of SNOW GEESE, probably totaling 2000-5000 birds
total, over flying from the Oregon side. Quite a sight,.

At Crow Butte, in extreme SW Benton County, we had the jay bonanza. First
we saw a WESTERN SCRUB-JAY. Then we found at least 3 STELLER'S JAYS.
Finally, we spotted a BLUE JAY! It was great.

Klickitat county was very quiet.
