Greetings, all,

Mid-morning today, as the north wind drove Lake Washington into big
chop, I saw an im. GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE in a flock of much bigger
CANADA GEESE briefly on the water well north of Seward Park (but south
of I-90) before all flew away, at first to the north. I'd seen a pair
of HOODED MERGANSERS near one of the sheltered spots closer to I-90, and
then saw a pair of river otters in the bay on the north side of Seward
Park.
