Subject: [Tweeters] A rare treat on Lake Marcel, Carnation

My friend woke up to find 4 gigantic Trumper Swans on Lake Marcel this
morning. This is the first time we remember seeing swans on the lake so it
was great to see them. They may have been staying over on their way to the
cornfields south of Carnation. There is also a small flotilla of common
mergansers (about 20) males and females, and this is a high count for the
lake also.

Speaking of trumpeters, saw many of them--along with Snow Geese--along the
Honor Farm road yesterday between Duvall and Monroe.
