Hi everyone,



We always get Varied Thrush in the yard in the late fall and winter, but until today the maximum number we've ever had at one time was two.? As I'm typing this, there are FIVE of them in the yard.? They are right in with ?the crowd of juncos working on the seed that I spread in a couple of areas where I tromped down the snow to provide a feeding area.? We are at 800 feet elevation and have 5 to 6 inches of snow on the ground.? I started seeing single Varied Thrushes in the yard a couple weeks ago, but I never expected to have this many at one time in the yard.
