Subject: [Tweeters] Is this a McKay's Bunting?

With these photos Steve Jaggers has raised the question as to whether this bird is actually a female or first winter male MCKAY'S BUNTING. The back is very white for a Snow Bunting but the rump is patterned, not white as most descriptions of a McKay's indicate it should be. Any opinions? Wilson Cady
