No this is a snow bunting. This bird is not light enough, actually the plumage colors are not close to a McKay's. I have seen hundreds maybe a thousand snow buntings and this bird is exactly what a snow bunting should look like right now.

ALSO the bird is still there today

With these photos Steve Jaggers has raised the question as to whether this bird is actually a female or first winter male MCKAY'S BUNTING. The back is very white for a Snow Bunting but the rump is patterned, not white as most descriptions of a McKay's indicate it should be. Any opinions?
