I am finally thinking of moving on from playing bird calls on my car stereo
with the doors wide open, and getting an iPod with a pocket sized speaker.

I don't want to spend a lot of money on this and certainly don't need 160GB
capacity.At the same time I am a bit suspicious of used electronic devices
on Ebay, etc.

Does anyone have advice on the most economical way to do this - or even a
reliable old iPod for sale?!

Also, can someone tell me how to copy half a track - e.g from the Stokes CDs
which often have two species per track?
