On a morning walk, I observed another Red-tailed Hawk cutting into the rodent population, in the middle of downtown B'ham. The point of inquiry here is the origin of the blue wing tag that was affixed to this bird. Another similar sighting preceded this one a couple of weeks ago, about a half-mile away.

Does anyone know who might like this information, including photos, forwarded to them?
