I finally got to see my first bohemian waxwings and what a thrill.Great looks with friendly birders.After awhile I spent my time searching the park.Saw what could have been a chipping sparrow, but while on sth end of the park at the main pond on the fringes of a flock of American Widgeons, 3 Redheads 2males and 1 female.Close by and easy to id.Seemed happy enough so probably will stick around.Failing light stopped at the fill the main characters abundunt but had a close fly-by from a coopers hawk.Nice few hours of birding.
