Looks like a luthanistic Pine Siskin. The long narrow bill, partial breast striping and wingbars are helpful hints.

> Any insight on this one is appreciated, when I first glimpsed this bird yesterday I thought it might be a snow bunting. Now that I've gotten a much better view and pictures; I'm doubting that. The bird has been at my feeders two days in a row now.
