Subject: [Tweeters] RUFF in Walla Walla County

Hello all,
We were birding Two River HMU in western Walla Walla county when about 10 am a flock of Pectoral Sandpipers lit about 50 ft. in front of us - and Mike quickly picked out a subadult RUFF in among them. Photos at my flikr site:

SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHER - 1 - late date
Stilt Sandpiper - 1
Least Sandpiper - 3
Pectoral Sandpiper - 13
Wilson's Snipe - 2
Franklin's Gull - 1
Greater White-fronted Geese - 3
Hooded Merganser - 1 pair

Walla Walla River Delta:
SABINE'S GULL - been here a week now -
Herring Gull - 15 adults
Long-billed Dowitcher - 133
Dunlin - 2
Western Sandpiper - 48
Forster's Tern - 1
