Subject: [Tweeters] Ross's Goose in Yakima, still there

HI Tweeters,

The Ross's Goose found yesterday at Randall Park in Yakima is still
there. It wasn't seen earlier this morning but was seen at 11:30. It
may have attached itself to a flock of Canada Geese so it probably
won't be there all of the time. The Canada Geese flock returned to
the park some time after 9:30 this morning.

Directions to Randall Park: From I-82 in Yakima take the Nob Hill
Blvd. Exit (Exit 34, I think) and head west. Go about 4.5 miles from
the freeway and turn left (south) on 44th Ave. Go to the end of the
street and turn right into the park parking lot. The pond is straight
north of the parking lot. There is an island in the pond, which the
Ross's Goose seems to favor.

We will try to send updates to Tweeters every day until it disappears.

Good luck,

Denny Granstrand
