Dear Tweets;

As I read all of the posts here on the list, I often catch myself
Googling a location because I am directionally challenged. It would
be great if the list offered a mouse over map for every location
mentioned on the list.

The recent post about Sand Hill Cranes caught my eye. Last week I
believed there were five Sand Hill Cranes headed Northwesterly from
North Yelm. This direction, of course, is exactly opposite from Ice
Harbor Dam, Washington and so I cannot relate the sighting of those
five to the recent posting.

I wonder, however, which birds choose to fly OVER the mountain region
and which birds choose to fly AROUND the mountain region? Is there a
list? Or is there no such thing as OVER or AROUND the mountainous
regions of Washington?

PS If anyone else would like to know where Ice Harbor Dam is I Googled it from
Seattle Audubon. Its near Burbank, Washington. tiny URL to Google map.
