Birders,
Yesterday, a bird believed to be a WOOD SANDPIPER was seen and photographed
in the southwest pond at the Reifel Bird Sanctuary in Delta, BC (just south
of Vancouver). The observers were Alan and Donna McKenzie. This would be a
first for Vancouver. A lot of birders are heading out there this morning,
and I hope to have an update later today.
Nearby, the TROPICAL KINGBIRD was still being seen, for the third day in a
row, just past the end of River Road at Brunswick Point in Delta.
