On Thursday, Oct. 14, I spotted a young Red-tailed Hawk perched in a
hemlock tree at 1417 Grant St.; Bellingham, WA. It had a blue triangle
attached to its left wing, and there appeared to be the number 1
written on the blue triangle. Does anyone have any idea where to report
this bird?
