This is the second day in a row (10-18-10) that the Wood Sandpiper
did not make an appearance at Reifel International Bird Sanctuary.
One Sharp-tailed Sandpiper was among the large flock of Long-tailed
Dowitchers, as were several Dunlin. A leucistic American Robin was
near the observation tower. A dark morph Snow Goose was in a farm
field near the Westham Island bridge. Border traffic was fairly
light in both directions today.
