While driving home from Spokane to Vancouver, WA yesterday I spotted a very bright white-headed juvenile Rough-legged Hawk between Ritzville and Tri-cites sitting on a fence post. We see lots of them in December in that stretch, but not so many in November. Thought this one might be a bit early???
