I have just revised the Birds of Washington list on the Slater Museum website, based on the latest AOU Check-list supplement. There is a downloadable pdf associated with it. I jumped the gun and included the recently observed Lesser Sand-Plover on it, assuming that record would be approved by the Washington Bird Records Committee with ease.
