Subject: [Tweeters] Bunch of swifts above clearcut at Tiger Mountain

Today on a quick leg stretch hike on tiger Mountain I saw easily 2-300
hundred swifts in the air space above a clearcut on the Railroad trail.
They were obviously feeding on something, lots of swooping. I wondered if
they ever crash into each other? The ones that I could see were all in a
airspace maybe 50 meters square? Lots of close aerial flybys, pretty cool
to watch. As I plodded along I was envious of their ballet.
