Hello Tweeters,

Next weekend, I am off on my annual trip to Eastern Washington to check migrant traps (wish I had gone last weekend!) and was looking for some directions to and advice on birding Sentinel Bluffs which has been turning up some nice birds the past few years. I recall stopping by this spot a few years back but don?t remember the exact coordinates. I seem to recall that the riverside grove at which I stopped was quite large so I am not entirely certain I was in the right spot. I would love to receive information on strategies for birding this location.

Also, here and there, I have heard talk of the ?Horse Ranch.? I think this is another migrant trap in the Vantage area (near Gingko State Park, maybe?). I would also love to receive information on this location as well as I will be stopping by on my way to the more well-known traps in Adams & Franklin counties.

I am on Tweeters digest mode so please copy my email address (tgkenefick at msn.com) and on responses.

Many, many thanks in advance.

Cheers and Good Birding,
Ted Kenefick
