Subject: [Tweeters] crows on QA

I've recently noticed first one crow was showing up at my place with white
or light grayish spots on it's chest and head, then all three of the regular
crows started to look the same and besides that ended up losing all their
head feathers and look like small black vultures. This has been going on
for several weeks (well over a month) and they don't seem to be growing back
their head feathers or getting rid of the spots. I've also noticed it
elsewhere with other crows on top of QA, quite a distance from where I live.

Is this some kind of communicable disease that their getting? They seem to
be healthy except for the spots and lack of head feathers (so far).
