Subject: [Tweeters] Red-necked Phalaropes from Kingston - Edmonds ferry

I saw a large flock of phalaropes from the ferry this morning (Sept. 10) at 11:40 at the midpoint between Kingston and Edmonds. A conservative estimate is 400, but there may have been 1,000+.
