Subject: [Tweeters] Ft Lewis, Saturday

A group of six of us, led by Denis DeSilvis, birded Ft. Lewis today.
Cynthia Wilson, Pam Cahn, Sarah Peden and Peter Mann braved the military
bureaucracy and had a fantastic day exploring the prairie, forests,
lakes and wetlands of the site. Fifty three species total. High numbers
of swallows, swifts, and several late residents made for a great day.
Our thanks to Denis.
