Subject: [Tweeters] Broad-winged Hawk - Victoria, B.C.

While walking through Victoria, B.C. today, I had a Broad-winged Hawk fly
over, being harassed by gulls and crows. Unfortunately I didn't have my
good binos with me (only my pocket 8X22), but the hawk made a couple of
circles before moving off out of view - plenty of time to see the thick bars
on the tail, the brownish-rufous breast markings, and the distinct black
trailing edge of the wings.
