Good evening all

Just a quick note to update every one who helped me with the baby cedar waxwing baby that I couldn't put back in it's nest from last summer.? We took the little guy up to PAWS and we received a note last week that the little guy made it just fine and was released - I love happy endings!

One other note from yesterday - we made the trip up the the Skagit and we spotted a Swainson's Hawk sitting in a tree accross from the Hayto n Wildlife R eserve.? It seems a little out of place up there so maybe it's just migrating through .? There's not a lot of action up there right now - very few eagles, too early for snow geese and swans.? We did spot a pere grin falcon on Norman Rd just north of Silvana.? Other than that most of the other birds have already been posted. Have a good evening.
