I was driving near Bellarmine HS in Tacoma and observed a large
(20-30) flock of birds actively flycatching from a large Douglas fir.
I assumed they were Cedar Waxwings based on number of birds and
silhouette. The sky was too bright to see colors. Thinking about it
later, I wondered if the flock could have been starlings. Do starlings
flycatch?
