Hi Birders:

This morning I saw a (the) WESTERN GREBE on Sikes Lake, and an American
Kestrel on NE 100th Street.

There was a nice variety of eclipse ducks on the farm ponds on 203rd Street
SE south of Monroe, including Am. Widgeon, Mallard, Northern Pintail,
Green-winged Teal, Ring-necked Duck and a female Hooded Merganser. While
there I had a nice MERLIN fly overhead.

On the way home I saw 9 TURKEY VULTUREs sitting in trees and on a pole east
of Rt 203 where the Snoqualmie Valley Trail crosses north of Carnation. 4
were adult birds
