I did see see the "tail wagging" Empidonax Flycatcher At Dumas Bay again
yesterday. This time in a tree to the right of the exit out of the parking
lot.

Does anybody out there familiar with Empidonax Flycatchers know ,if the
Least is the only one "actively flicking its tail" as Peterson describes it?

A response will be greatly appreciated!
