Hi All,

Vic Nelson alerted me to three HORNED LARKS and one LAPLAND LONGSPUR in
the grassy area across form the lighthouse parking lot this morning. I
met with Vic in the late morning and we were able to relocate the four
birds and he was able to add the longspur to his tremendous yard list.
I'm sure glad he can get good footing on his roof top with scope in-hand.

Good numbers of bonies (1,000+) along with three Parasitic Jaegers were
off shore at the point. There was also a calling Western Scrub Jay in
the P.N.P. area. There must be a good movement of them going on at the
moment. To go along with Bruce LaBar's six reported at Tokeland from
yesterday, Vic and I had eight of them at the tip of Foulweather Bluff
in the early afternoon today. That's my biggest number in Kitsap County
to-date.

Cheers and good birding,
