Hi Birders,

After espying the Acornpecker at Magnuson Park, I took a long circuitous
route home through the Snoqualmie Valley.

At Sikes Lake, there were FOUR Western Grebes; three were close together on
the east side of the bridge, the other on the west side being somewhat
standoffish.

As I was leaving a flock of about 100 Branta Geese flew over including at
least 6 Cackling Geese.
