While wandering around Kent, Kevin and I saw a flock of five large birds with white plumage, long black legs, longish necks and black beaks near the Green River. They were just taking flight and we were without binoculars or a camera. A few days later, we returned with camera, relocated the birds in the same area and took some photos, but can't identify the species.
They seem to have some attachment to the area, so if anyone is interested, I can return to the site and get street names and directions.
