Apparently not long enough for Curtis and myself (and others) on the Fill this afternoon from about 3pm to 5pm. We dipped :-(

It was blowing like crazy though the rain held off. The only passerine activity I was seeing was in the lee of the trees and shrubs: some Yellow-rumps fly catching and some Song Sparrows keeping close to the ground. Red-wings, robins and some starlings tried to perch in the wind but it didn't look too comfortable.

Even as we left at just after 5pm there were some others coming to try their look. Maybe they'll have better luck as the wind seems to have died down.

Did anyone else see it?
