Hi Tweets....I just wanted to put out the word that Dr Dan Varland's field
trip, In Search of Coastal Raptors, is full. Thanks to all who signed up for
this tour.

The Friday field trip to Tokeland/Grayland/Westport is quickly filling up
also, so if you were trying to decide whether to go or not, now is the time
to make that decision. Who knows, you may get to see a Brown Booby if it
doesn't head to warmer climes before then!

Don't forget, our keynote speaker this year is artist Bart Rulon. His
presentation will be a good one, and I for one am looking forward to
it....as I do each year.

We know the attendance will be down this year; the crappy economy has
affected a lot of festivals. But this is a good opportunity to stay fairly
close to home and still see a lot of birds, as well as leave the big-city
traffic and stress behind for a while and experience some wide-open space,
where the birds can put on a spectacular show for you.

Come see the spring migration; you will be glad you did!
