I am not an official USF&W person - but I was just reading up on how things
might be affected for another one of my projects, and it did say that
refuges and national parks would be closed.

In light of the possible government shut-down, I'm wondering if USF&W staff
can comment on whether or not the refuges they manage will be open or closed
during the shut-down.

I'm not looking to start a political debate -- just wanting to know if I
should cancel/change my plans for next week. It would be a real bummer to
drive several hundred miles to find a "road closed" sign. Given the time of
year, I suspect some others might be in the same boat.
