Hello Tweeters,

This morning I was sitting in Lincoln Park by a patch of thimbleberries and fireweeds, watching Anna's Hummingbirds nectaring on the former and foraging for nest material on the latter, when a small bird emerged from the vegetation perhaps 8' away. It turned out to be (sure hope I've ID'd this right) a Hutton's Vireo, which I don't commonly see in the park. I was delighted that it seemed unperturbed by either me (quiet) or my camera (clicking), and I managed to get some pretty good closeups - a few are available at http://www.flickr.com/photos/trileigh (I have a number of additional ones if anyone would like to see those as well).

Good birding to all,
Trileigh
