Subject: [Tweeters] A quad squad of eagles

Today a bit upstream of the mouth of Chambers Creek out of Steilacoom, there
were 4 Juv. Eagles all following each other, follow the leader style. The
lead bird would swerve and dip and so did all the three following it. I did
not see that the lead bird had anything in its beak to entice such a parade
and it was interesting to watch. I assumed it was frolicking kids goofing
off. A 5th eagle, an adult, soared overhead above the foolish antics of the
kids below. The birds then split apart briefly, then wove in and out
between each other which reminded me of marching band maneuvers. I was
sorry when they went around the bend out of view.
