Yesterday I saw the first returning White-crowned Sparrow and Pine Siskins in the yard. This prompted a couple of hours with the camera doing some serious at home birding. I have posted some photos on pbase.

I will post some comments on jvhigbee.com about the photos and the camera as soon as get them written, this afternoon or tomorrow. I will say I?m glad I made the decision to sell the big lens and buy this and that I believe it is the answer to many wanting to take photos but unable to handle the weight of even mid-range SLR?s. I will probably have the rest of my Canon stuff for sale soon.
